I have worked in beauty for around ten years now, having previously specialised in nail extensions and gel polish, I added to my training over time with lash extensions, spray tanning, HD Brows, body waxing and four years ago Phibrows Microblading which has taken off beyond how I could ever have imagined. Following on from training in microblading, I have since trained in permanent makeup using a machine, which runs alongside microblading perfectly. I now pretty much full time make over my clients eyebrows. I still have a few eyelash extension and HD Brow clients also.

I love the difference my work makes to my clients. I have worked on clients that have lost their brows due to health reasons, or just would like to make changes to their shape and every set I do is different from the last. I love the conversations in my treatment room, no two days are ever the same!

As well as brows, I am also a mum to four children – Harry, Amey, Skyler and Robyn, two cats Charlie and Polly and one bunny called Bugs (original).

I’m Jana, I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 10 years now, I’m married to my childhood sweetheart and we have our gorgeous boy Leo.

I love my job and all aspects of it, I get to meet so many wonderful people through my work and I’ve got clients I have treated for many years now, who I’ve seen go through meeting someone, getting engaged, married and children, but also there for support in difficult times.

One of my main passions is skincare, its so rewarding to help someone find what works for the, see the results and for them to feel more confident in their skin, nothing better than seeing that glowing skin after any of the facials that we offer. It is also nice to help people switch off, relax and just take some time out for themselves away from their hectic life (and don’t be embarrassed if you snore – I take it as a compliment).

I’m always wanting to improve on my skills and be able to give the best possible treatment.

Hello I’m Becci

I have been in the beauty industry for 9 years now. I live in Shrewsbury with my boyfriend and our lovely little boy Arlo.

I do all aspects of beauty and I absolutely love it! My main passion is lashes and nails! I love being able to see visible results straight away but also help people get their nails into a good condition, chatting to people, hearing about their lives and helping them relax is so rewarding. It is so nice to help make people feel good about themselves by having their nails painted or some nice fluttery lashes and it can just help boost someones confidence. Plus you get a free nap with every lash set, nothing better!

Hi, I’m Lucy,

I have been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. I live just out of town with my fiancé and two children Zak and Zara.

I love the industry i work in and have been lucky enough to work in both spas and salons over the years. I love meeting new people and being able to help clients weather it’s to help improve their skin with a facial, relaxation with a massage or a set of nails for a special occasion.

I like to give every client a personal treatment and build a rapport from the moment they walk in making them feel relaxed, and ensuring they are happy before leaving!

I’m just beginning my apprenticeship in the beauty industry and I really can’t wait to get started. I am excited to learn many new skills from the brilliant team at Barnes Salon and working with the clients as I develop.
